What happens next

  1. We call you back

    A real person from our office, to confirm what you need and agree an arrival window.

  2. We show up and look

    Inspection and photos first. We don't quote a repair we haven't seen.

  3. You approve the price

    You see the photos and the number before any work starts. If it can wait, we'll say so.

  4. We clean up properly

    Drop cloths and a HEPA vacuum. You shouldn't be able to tell we were there.
