What we collect

What you type into our request form: your name, phone number, the property address, the service you're asking about, how soon you need it, the best time to reach you, and anything you write in the notes. Email is optional. We also record which page of this site you sent the request from, so we know which area you're in. Our server briefly records the IP address the form was submitted from, purely to stop automated spam.

Where it goes

Through this website's own server (hosted by Vercel) and into a private spreadsheet that only our office can open, held in Google Sheets. Our office uses it to call you back and to schedule the visit. That's the whole journey. If the spreadsheet fails to accept the request, the service and urgency you picked appear in our server's error log so we can spot it — never your name or number.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your information. Not to anyone, ever.
• We don't add you to a marketing list without you asking.
• We don't text or call you about anything other than the request you sent.
• This site currently runs no advertising trackers and sets no advertising cookies.

Maps

Our service-area pages embed maps from Google. When one of those maps loads, Google receives your IP address and browser details and may set its own cookies, exactly as it would on any site that uses their maps — that part is between you and Google. We've set the embeds not to tell Google which page you were reading, and they don't load at all until you scroll down to them.

Getting your information removed

Call us on (216) 480-4644 and ask. We'll delete your row from the sheet and confirm it's gone.

Changes

If we add analytics or advertising measurement to this site later, we'll update this page before we turn it on.
