What we collect

When you fill in our request form: your name, phone number, ZIP code, the service you're asking about, and anything you write in the notes. We also record which page you sent the request from and, if you arrived from one of our ads, the ad click identifier and campaign details, so we know which ads actually bring in customers.

When you call us from the website, we may record that a call was started from the site and how long it lasted.

How we use it

• To call you back about your request, schedule the visit, and keep a record of what we agreed.
• To measure and improve our advertising, including telling Google Ads which clicks turned into requests.

We don't text or call you about anything other than the request you sent, and we don't add you to a marketing list.

Who it's shared with

Your request passes through this website's server (hosted by Vercel) and an automation service that delivers it to our office. We don't sell your information to anyone.

Cookies and advertising measurement

This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site and whether a visit that started with an ad led to a call or a request. When you submit the form, your phone number and name may be shared with Google in a hashed (scrambled) form to match the request to an ad click. Google may also use this data to show our ads to people who visited the site.

You can control personalized ads at Google's Ad Settings and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Learn more about how Google uses data from sites that use its services.

Getting your information removed

Call us on (614) 683-2943 and ask. We'll delete your request and our notes on it, and confirm it's gone.

If we change how we use your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
